Accessible Condo Design

Designed for a university student moving into his first home, this condo focuses on accessibility, independence, and a warm atmosphere for hosting friends. The layout provides barrier-free circulation through the kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom, ensuring comfort and ease of movement in daily routines.

Soft wood flooring and natural stone establish a practical, inviting base, while gold marble accents and green velvet tones introduce a youthful yet refined character. The furniture selection prioritizes adaptability and comfort, incorporating versatile seating, layered greenery, and pieces that support cooking, studying, and socializing.

Every design choice, from the use of contrasting finishes to enhance visibility to the thoughtful placement of mirrors, was made to improve accessibility without compromising style. The result is a functional, modern home that empowers the client’s independence while offering a welcoming space for connection and creativity.
